Deon was amazing and he made sure I was taken care of he explained everything that made my experience simple and great his personality was amazing
Good experience with the renter but it’s so hard to reach anyone when you call no one ever answers or give call back. And the Website doesn’t work with the link sent to the text messages. I like paying that way instead of paying over the phone
My experiences with Ellenwood’s Best was nothing but phenomenal…storage is in a great location and the facility was very clean. I also liked the fact that all the units at this location were climate controlled. The agent (Devin) who set of my account was very helpful and made the process simple and easy. I highly recommend the facility for you storage needs.
