We could be more professional behind the desk, like a sorority party with the gossipping
I brought my teenage son here because he had severe throat pain. The nurse glanced at his throat for literally a second and said everything looked fine. My son asked her to please look again because it was extremely painful. She glanced again just as quickly and dismissed him. They did a quick throat swab and sent us on our way. We were in the exam room for under 10 minutes total. Later, I saw they billed our insurance for 45 minutes at a $636 rate. That does not reflect the care we received.
