Literally the worst place to go. Waited 2 hrs before receiving mediocre service.

Everyone was nice enough here, but I had a pretty horrible experience with them losing my paperwork. I went in on a Monday for an employment physical that should have been completed that day because it was only one question and a signature but the practitioner told me she was too busy and I could pick it up in a couple days so I called on Wednesday and they said it wasn’t ready and then I called Friday and they told me to come back Monday.
