I just got off work & rushed there. I can’t go any other day. They told me last patient at 445. It was 450. I feel like if I came at 430 it would have still been a problem. All these places are the same.

I wouldn’t go here. In the future, I will be driving to Kingston or elsewhere that is more centralized for care, as this facility is small, dirty and over crowded and thus the wait times are very long. I waited 2 hours to be seen to get a PCR test. After I already paid, got swabbed by the nurse, the doctor came in. I told her immediately that I was just there to get a PCR test and nothing more, I thought to save her time. The receptionists are rude, sarcastic, dismissive. They ignore you. It’s happened over and over. The Latino women is the worst. When you are treated so poorly you ask her name and she laughs at you and won’t give it to you. Horrible to treat people that way. Especially when they obviously have medical issues. Time to find a new PC doctor !!
