Went into change my jewelry and had an awesome experience. Was able to swap out to something that was more comfortable. Will definitely be going back to get some new piercings.
Brought my daughter here pretty last-minute to get her nose pierced and decided to do her ears as well. The piercer was amazing, very thoughtful and patient and comfortable to work with. My daughter actually got super woozy and passed out during the piercing, and they brought her water and snacks and helped her recover. I got my dimples pierced. She used the wrong size bar and I ended up having to go to the ER because my skin grew over the piercing. I didn’t know and trusted that a professional would know what they are doing but that is completely wrong. Personally I wouldn’t go here again.

honestly don’t know how this place has 5 stars. got one of my piercings here and whoever pierced me made the bar WAY too short causing it to embed into my ear and get infected. multiple friends have had the exact same experience! she also doesn’t make you sign any waivers/forms when you are the parent of a minor getting pierced. do not go here!
