Went in looking for help with a go kart I’m trying to fix up. Was told it would cost like 50-60$ to have my chain broke to size by them, so I decided I would just buy the 50$ chain breaker tool from them and learn to do it myself. Got home, broke the chain, but then the chain breaker it’s self broke. So I went back to exchange it or get my money back, but they said no because “you bought the wrong chain breaker” . Very friendly and helpful staff
I went in for a job quote and witnessed how poorly the owner/manager treated a customer. The customer just wanted his quad fixed and wasn’t happy with the work that had been done. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the manager was rude, dismissive, and even asked the customer to leave. Based on what I saw, I won’t be bringing my business here.
The ranch I work for bought a new side by side from them. It's absolutely great, we even got it a whole week early!
Purchased 2 quads. Rod was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The whole crew is very friendly.
