Not for the sponteneous... – I was first introduced to the restaurant during "the Bite of the 'Burg", a local food tasting event held during the summer. I was impressed by the samples they provided, but never got a chance to try the restaurant. The other night, my date and I decided to try the Ellensburg Pasta Company. Nice place for Romance – My husband and I ate there for our first wedding anniversary and it was lovely. The food was nice and the service was great. It was a nice romantic spot. The only tiny little piece of advice we would give-get a cappucino machine. Italian food without cappucinos!! Again, tiny concidering everything else was so wonderful

No good Italian food in Ellensburg – I took my fiance to dinner here for Valentines, and the ambiance was wonderful. The food arrived in a timely manner and the service was average, but I must say that their pasta was very oily and lacked the savory flavors I'm accustomed to in Italian cuisine. Mostly bland covered up with salt and olive oil. I won't go back and I wouldn't reccommend it, especially if you've ever eaten decent pasta.
