Didn’t get my dress here but the woman helping me was so so so kind and helpful.
Worked with Lisa! It was the best experience ever, I got to look through the racks and pick out all the dresses I tried on! Awesome experience, Lisa is so knowledgeable and kind. Left with the dress ordered!
This store incorrectly took my measurements & ordered me a size 16 dress while I’m a bridal size 10. On top of that, they gave me a dirty stained up dress that was “brand new” then blamed me for the staining even though I have photos IN STORE of the staining. 0/10 experience, the owner is clearly money hungry & extremely dismissive. UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT. Any other store offers restocking at a fee, except for Ellen’s! I now have to rehome my $2000 dress because of their screw up!

The workers were so helpful with helping me find the dress of my dreams! Great, comfortable environment. I definitely recommend this place for every bride to be!
