Highly recommend, Pradeepa and the young gentleman optometrist, that works there, are both incredible. Extremely helpful, professional, polite, and friendly. So very glad we decided to give them a go. Would highly recommend to everyone.
Excellent customer service at Ellenbrook Optometrist. Pradeepa is very good at selecting frames that suit and fit properly, the eye test was easy, and prescription is good.
After years of swapping glasses, I purchased my first pair of transitional lens. The friendly service i got from Pradeepa was incredible. There was no problem with any slight adjustments after to get my glasses comfortable. Thank you Pradeepa for all your help 👌
