New to the area, our old boy wasn’t himself on the Saturday morning I called the vet and they fit him in straight away, checked him over and he had to be knocked out for further treatment, they were so wonderful stayed after hours to look after him and found a puncture wound under his tongue. He is on the mend and we thank the staff so much for seeing our boy even checked he was okay on Monday, he is back to his menace self . Highly recommend the staff are wonderful and very caring
Been going for years and can't recommend them highly enough. Staff are exceptional and very accommodating. I went to so many vets which are much closer to me before I found Ellenbrook clinic, worth the extra distance. Thanks guys!
Would give 0 stars if possible. vet/owner was rude and dismissive of any of our concerns. Wouldn’t watch any videos or attempt to alleviate our concerns. Barerly had any physical contact with the dog. In and out On 5 mins. Money scheme. Thankfully went elsewhere and got our dog diagnosed.
After spending 1000’s of dollars and having a great experience the owner of the surgery dr Greg was extremely rude to me so I have left to Coollamon vet hospital !! I was shocked dr Greg was the actual owner !! what a way to run a business - shocking
