Good doctor in person. Very professional. Spends adequate time and I respect her and trust her. But overall clinical setting and staff in building is very challenging and stressful. Wait time is long even for normal scheduled appointments. Simple labs are nearly impossible and simple skin swab culture non invasion. Important medications, treatments etc often delayed due to poor MyChart management and misplaced unprofessional attitudes of staff which is sad because character and integrity in healthcare is important.
