Good doctor in person and extremely knowledgeable and professional in person for most things. However something is wrong with overall office management and I haven’t done anything wrong so I don’t know why it’s been so poor and hard to get simple things done. It affects my overall experience. I’m not sure if it’s internal or third party but they have been rude, unprofessional, unresponsive, and uncaring about most things especially in the portal. It’s hard to get medication refilled and some have been severely delayed.
