He did listen to my complaints and he did follow up with a phone call. He made an appointment to see me in person to discuss what he found. I am grateful for that. His bedside manner? He is very New Yorkie, so as a lifelong New Yorker, I didn't have a problem. Unfortunately, all doctors affiliated with Langhorn are now under pressure to provide quick service and use their online service to ask questions. It isn't easy to recruit doctors now.

We've had several video/virtual visits and they work well. Besides Dr. Carlson, we participate from two other locations and have had no issues. Dr. Carlson is also very thorough. He answers all questions to our satisfaction, listens to us and we are all a team making any decisions affecting our daughter. Would highly recommend him. Very easy to talk to.
Dr. Carlson is the best neurologist I have had during my many years of treating my seizure disorder. I am so happy to have found him!
Dr. Carlson addressed my epilepsy concerns and referred another specialist for my other concerns.
