I had a very poor experience with the customer service from this company. We were getting ready to open our new company and were under a time crunch to get our uniforms altered and embroidered. We contracted to alter 7 items in a week's time frame and she gave me a "new business discount" which only charged me for 5, and I was extremely grateful for that.
