Very rude to her staff and patients. I've witnessed this doctor make one of her patients cry. She talks down to her staff. She's very dismissive. She acts crazy at times. After several visits, she acts as if she doesn't know the reason for my visit. After my visit she'll ask me to follow her and just have me standing there looking foolish. If you need a note for work be prepared to wait several days. She took me out of work and made me wait over a month to fill out my TDB papers. Always a great experience with Dr. Urrutia. She is kind, very attentive, and highly professional. In my personal experience, l would say she's the best cardiologist l've seen.
