I received great care from start to finish here. I was nervous getting an ultrasound and biopsy done for the first time and was scared of the procedure and outcome. The doctors, nurses, technicians, and front staff all helped ease my anxiety and fear by being kind, communicative, and patient. I would recommend this institution to any woman looking to get a mammogram or ultrasound. Anne took such wonderful care of me during my visit. She was kind, gentle and informative. The front desk receptionist was also so kind and gave me a warm greeting upon arrival. The radiologists were quick and thorough. Thank you for the great experience for something that can be a scary thing to do.
One tech was abusive and rough to the point of me hollering at her she was pinching my skin and bruising my arm! I took pictures however Andrea head of department blew me off, said that's how it's done!! Geriatric people need a little more consideration. Our skin is thin and holding anto tight which wasn't necessary,is why I'm bruised and trying to heal a 4 inch wound under my breast!!
My mother in law has stage 4 breast cancer. My wife had a “herscan” done 4 months ago that showed masses that are concerning. Her primary care referred us here for an ultra sound. My wife also found 4 months ago that one of her silicone breast implants is broken and leaking. Our dr wanted an ultrasound and not a mammogram, out of concern of more silicone being pressed out.
