Awesome attorney I have used her for years. I live in MO and have owned a rental condo in Naples since 2018, this geography makes it not as easy as if I lived locally. Ellen has helped me with multiple evictions and challenges with tenants. Each has ended with a favorable outcomes for me. As well as conflicts with the HOA and avoiding fines and penalties. Her cost is very reasonable for her representation.
If I could give higher than an A +++ rating, that would be the rating I would give to Attorney Chadwell. I contacted her to assist me with an issue with my HOA. She was thorough, competent and knowledgeable all while being kind. One could never go wrong having Attorney Chadwell on their side!!
VERY VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. Advice never say things like “cut to the chase” or “get to the point” or raise your voice in a condescending manor within 1 minute of the phone call.
