Your scheduler, Jennie, is very rude and unprofessional. She has quite the reputation as I was warned about her before calling your office. She should not work with ppl ...especially cancer patients. With the exception of Jennie, we loved everything else about the facility and Dr. Szwed when we brought grandma to her appt. Thank you to all those who were so helpful and compassionate.
