The entire experience at that office was terrible. I have never seen a more chaotic and disorganized medical environment. Dr. Rosen herself was cold and seemed completely uninterested in the appointment, and the staff had to print my paperwork out for labcorp 3 different times because they kept getting my personal information wrong even though I was walking them through it one letter at a time. The whole thing felt like a fever dream and I have since found a much kinder and compassionate practice.

I could not even schedule an appointment with Dr. Ellen Rosen The girl who schedules the appointments was short and rude on the phone asked me my date of birth and then just put me on hold or hung up for five minutes so I just hung up. She sounded like she hates her job. I will not be calling back It sounds chaotic at the office. Very unprofessional.

I had a great experience with Dr. Rosen when getting my colonoscopy and endoscopy. However, I’m giving a lower rating due to issues with the Morristown office staff. When I called to schedule a follow-up appointment, I was repeatedly placed on hold, each time for over 10 minutes, and no one ever returned to the line. As a result, I was unable to book my follow-up. If the office staff is unable to assist with scheduling, it makes it difficult to continue care with the doctor, which is extremely frustrating.

If I could I would leave zero stars. Dr.Rosen was horrible to me and my granddaughter. My granddaughter’s GP referred her to a Gastro doc for a REASON. Dr. Rosen treated us as if my granddaughter shouldn’t have even made an appointment . She was cold, uncaring and dismissive towards questions and concerns. She was not interested in trying to figure out why my granddaughter was having gastro issues. If you want to be abused at the doctor’s office, go to her. Otherwise, steer clear! Horrible!
