Hopefully this review reaches Dr Carter. Your front desk ladies are not the nicest young ladies. I do realize that receptionist work can get busy at times as I have been one for many years, but I shouldn’t have to sit on hold days at a time to schedule an appointment for my child. The braces were put on with hopes that we could correct an issue. It can’t be corrected if we can’t make an appointment. Please answer the phone. Thanks
It has been since 2017 since I had my braces removed. Had them for 5 years (had some difficult teeth!) and never missed an appointment. I STILL get compliments on how great my teeth look years later!! Forever grateful for the work of Dr. Carter.
Dr Carter is great and very knowledgeable! However, some of her staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. I was placed on hold for a long period of time on several occasions. Her staff is hurting her practice.
