Ellen and her paralegal, Lyn, are incredible. We reside out of state and Ellen has been helping us with a complex intervention case involving a child in the foster care system. Ellen's professionalism and attention to detail have been truly remarkable. Without her, we would not be about ready to add to our family due to the complexities of the situation. Ellen obviously is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and cares about her families!

Andrew and I were over 4 years into our adoption journey when we were connected with Ellen. After that we were matched quickly, but unfortunately experienced a failed adoption to no fault of Ellen!! I have had the most incredible experience so far with Mrs. Kaplan and her staff. She was immediately responsive in my energent situation and her knowledge is incredible! She worked diligently and tirelessly too achieve what needed to be done in an expedited manner. I highly recommend her services. Also she was very truthful and forthcoming about important things we needed to be aware of.

In 2017, my husband & I contacted Ellen Kaplan’s office in hoping to start the initial adoption process. To our surprise, we matched with an expectant mom almost immediately. After a very long wait with our first adoption, this was a huge relief! Ellen, Lyn & Maggy were extremely helpful & supportive throughout the entire process. The wonderful support given to our son’s birth mom was very much appreciated. Our sweet baby boy is such a joy! I highly recommend Ms. Ellen Kaplan to any prospective adoptive families.

I am a Birth Mother. 7.5 years ago I delivered a beautiful amazing baby girl. I was in an extremely bad position in my life. I was struggling so much and already had 3 beautiful daughters that I was trying to take care of by myself.
