I have used Ellen Essman and her administrative assistant, Mona Amin for over 5 years. In the recent year, the integrity and responsiveness of this CPA firm has greatly deteriorated. I accurately filled out the tax worksheet that was given to me and paid precisely the amounts I was instructed to pay on time. This year I received letters from both IRS and Treasurer of State of Ct indicating underpayment of taxes with penalties and interest.
