I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication. I never even received a call back with my results. I expected much better communication and follow-up.
Worst doctor’s appointment I have ever had! I was so sick with sinus issues when I went in to see Dr. Ellen Ko-Keeney after being referred to her by my PCP (actually the RN Kim Benko @ BSW). I had extreme post nasal and nasal drainage, extreme sore throat, voice was at a squeak from so much infected drainage, eyes were red and leaking crud, sinuses were inflamed, inner ears were hurting, headache and a persistent nasty cough.
