I’ve been a tenant under Ellen Kay for 4 years and have never had a problem with them. The staff are always lovely and any issues I had, which was rare, were handled/resolved very swiftly. Sad I had to move out of the area as they really are a great letting agency

I’ve loved being a tenant with Ellen Kay Lettings, they were always so quick to respond to any query, and when I first moved in, they ensured any repair that needed doing was fixed promptly. Brilliant service, genuinely sad to have moved out of area but cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service I had for the last 18 months!
