reception staff -needs customer service reorientation esp the heavy built lady who wears glasses,im not sure whats her position in there but she's rude. waiting time - i would rate 5/10. In 2005 they were great, now wait time is an hour with no apology, they charge for everything and mislead and a waiting for someone just to answer the phone takes 20 mins or more. When I expressed this to the office manager, she hung up on me. Going somewhere else
