After reading different reviews, I decided to go to Dr. Lim for tooth pain. After the exam she gave me the options of root canal or if I really wanted to, to extract the tooth. I loved that she gave me the choice! We decided to do the root canal and I was very pleased. Her staff is awesome as well!
Dr Ellen Lim was great at cleaning my teeth. Considering she sees only one patient at a time, her customer services was geat!
It was my first and list visit to Progressive Dental, Dr. Ellen Lim. She was SO rude, and completely lack in customer service skills. Her whiting techniques is a scheme and I would not recommend it to anyone. So please do not waste your time nor money. Rude/poor customer service---I was unhappy with my teeth whiting. never again will i go here very expensive rude staff and they bothering you about posing a damn review so here the review they wanted so bad!
New in area and thought Dr. Lim would be a good choice as our regular dentist. the reviews on her website were good, but noticed afterword that the most recent review was last May??? What happened to the other reviews? Rude staff, and VERY expensive! For 2 dental exams with cleanings, our insurance paid $400 and the bill was $960! This is a rip off! Will not go back!
A few weeks ago I was involved in a car accident. The staff was very understanding and I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Dr. Lim was very professional and most of all, she is an example of patience. She explained everything she did and coaxed my fears. I liked her so much that I have returned several times not only to pursue my cleanings and filling, but am planning on receiving my crown for my cracked tooth.
