Ellen is one of the best! She is professional and also super kind and caring. My adult daughter is developmentally delayed and needs someone she can trust in order to receive the procedures that need to be done to help her. Ellen explains everything to her before she does it and understands how to put her at ease.
She was very personable and thorough.
