The first time we saw Dr. Kaplan, she was rude, dismissive, and impatient towards both my son and me. Initially, I assumed she was having an off day and chose to give her grace. However, during our recent visit, her behavior was even more condescending and rushed. She repeatedly interrupted me, showing little interest in allowing me to finish my thoughts. Dr. Kaplan was very rude to my husband when he bought our daughter to her appointment. She was worried about things that we are not concerned right now about how when she may have children that she will transfer cystic fibrosis to her children and genetic consulting. She is 7 years old. We just want to find out why she keeps getting the cough. I thought Dr. Kaplan was okay. But my biggest issue with this practice is the reception. As thre previous comment stated, there is one person in particular in the office who is very rude and difficult to deal with. I have to call several times to get simple things done: medical records faxed, test results read to me (since the app is not well designed and I often can't access my results). I usually have to call multiple times until a nurse calls me back. There are other people in reception whom i find quite pleasant, but unf... read more

Experience with Dr Regina Kaplan has been pleasant. However the Receptionist, BEATRICE, has been beyond rude, poor attitude, and insensitive to patients. Every single visit during pregnancy she was not client friendly. While in the waiting area, several other patients complained of how rude she was handling their check-in. No signs posted anywhere in the office, but she cancelled my appointment because baby was not allowed in the waiting room and I was alone with the baby.
