When her Brother Andy was there it was OK there dad was good but Ellen acts like she doesn't care for certain people and will miss diagnosis you quick .Not to mention her lazy nurse that been there over thirty years she will put you in the same 2 rooms every visit even if a patient just left out coughing allover the place room hasn't been clean ect pay attention they have several rooms but use the same ones never a fresh clean one so lazy she come through the hall with a needle without a cap alcohol or bandage. Makes stuff up on your mychart she lied about results and her assistants input messages stating they spoke with me over the phone and have never spoken with me. This whole office is a bunch of lies don’t waste your time here they actually should be shut down .
Ellen Athens is the best doctor for whatever your problem is. She is thorough, professional and will listen to you!
Disregards your concerns and does not care to listen. Also makes you wait forever before seeing you because your time doesn’t matter. I had terrible GI issues and I had to push her to give me a referral. Turns out I had an actual diagnosis. I would never recommend any of my family members to see this doctor. Terrible and lacks empathy
Dr. Ellen is one of the best PCP that I have ever had.
