I I have been with Dr. Ellen Athens for about 23 years and my wife for about 30 years or more. She’s one of the kindness over Work doctors I’ve ever had. She gives her best and me seeing these negative reviews. I really don’t believe them because I’ve always thought that she care so much about her patience and do the best that she could. I realize everybody has their own experience but thank you for being so kind and caring and having so much empathy and Maria who’s been with the clinic for 44 years it’s awesome.
Because of this doctor giving me endless doses of antibiotics as a teenager and young adult, I am now dealing with dysbiosis and all the health issues that come with that. Every time I would see this doctor, she gave me another round of antibiotics instead of getting to the root cause of what was going on. Because of her, I am paying a ton of money seeing functional doctors to help me "fix" my health issues that were caused by years and years of antibiotics that she prescribed. She literally ruined my health.
When her Brother Andy was there it was OK there dad was good but Ellen acts like she doesn't care for certain people and will miss diagnosis you quick .Not to mention her lazy nurse that been there over thirty years she will put you in the same 2 rooms every visit even if a patient just left out coughing allover the place room hasn't been clean ect pay attention they have several rooms but use the same ones never a fresh clean one so lazy she come through the hall with a needle without a cap alcohol or bandage. Makes stuff up on your mychart she lied about results and her assistants input messages stating they spoke with me over the phone and have never spoken with me. This whole office is a bunch of lies don’t waste your time here they actually should be shut down .
Ellen Athens is the best doctor for whatever your problem is. She is thorough, professional and will listen to you!
