So happy I joined Ellement Wellness. My trainer’s Janelle and Rhonda are amazing they saw something in me I didn’t see in myself and kept encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone. For that I am forever grateful. At my age a healthy lifestyle is very important the 55+ class is just what I needed!!
Outside of a urban setting, finding a well supplied gym that is nearby and affordable that offers a variety of fitness programs and instruction is a feat unto itself. Enter Ellement Wellness - an enormous gem in a wee town. Not only do they provide group fitness classes for all ages, but the instructors will also offer modifications to accomodate an individual's fitness level and any limitations they may have due to injury or whatever the case may be. This fitness studio is so nice to have in a small town. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and it’s nice having a variety of classes offered.
