STAY FAR AWAY from this company. I ordered flooring a month ago. Paid in full. They are impossible to get a hold of (always goes to voicemail of people who don't even work there anymore), flooring was never shipped, and they never return your calls. It's a SCAM, they take your money but never send product!!!! I called Ellegant Home Design after getting outrageous estimates from box stores and contractors. I couldn't be more pleased with them. Oksana was great helping me pick out materials within my budget. Best of all, they came in under budget. The guys who worked on our kitchen and bathroom were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. Communication was wonderful by both Oksana and the workers.
