I saw Ellee Reichert, in a Zoom meeting and I can't begin to tell you how bad this visit went. I called to discuss my medicine Entyvio that wasn't working after 6 weeks so she wanted me to go in every 6 weeks for infusions. I explained to her that the medicine was making me physically sick everyday like I had cancer! She said I don't care about my health and I'm not complying to their medical needs. She's wonderful! Very thorough and just makes it a fun visit!!!
My recent experience (endoscopy) and all my previous experiences have always been the best. The sleep lab, heart encounters, colonoscopy, endoscopy, ER, after hours ..all these visits have been great. I might be a little biased as I am a Mended Hearts volunteer primarily at 3South and have been for 20 years. I see the "inner" workings up close and personal. The best!!
