Elle Vie Hair Spa is a beautiful salon with very talented stylists! Lori is the best colorist in the business! She has taken me from store bought box color and a horrible haircut to the color and cut I always wanted. My hair is the healthiest and strongest it's ever been! I am so happy when it's hair appointment day! She makes me feel relaxed and cared for when I'm there.
I went in for a haircut and style, but I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I told Melissa to just surprise me. I walked out very happy with my new style.

Buyer Beware - Unsuspecting teen presented with $600 bill when she scheduled an appointment to get highlights. This was the first visit to this salon with owner Lori. Lori suggested and applied extra upon extra but never took the time to explain the escalating costs. She could have suggested an overtime approach knowing what she was proposing was extremely expensive. She chose not to explain and gain agreement from her new young client. I made serval attempts by phone, email and in person to resolve before posting a review.
