Sad to say I think this is the last time I'm coming here. Last few times I have gotten the new girl, who doesn't wear a name tag so I can't tell you who she is. But she's horrible. My toe nails are never cut and filed straight (even after asking) she's not thorough and paint job is not fantastic either. Made the mistake of getting my eyebrows done today too. Definitely going to need to wear brow pencil for the next week or so! And the massage I usually look forward to was non existent. Feel bad writing a negative review but ... read more

The staff at Elle Nails in Berlin, CT is dedicated to making their customers feel special and like family. All staff members are professional and courteous. I highly recommend everyone go at least once. I guarantee you'll return.
My favorite place to go after work! Always clean and serene, i usually get laura she takes great care of me. The best pedicures!

This has been my go to place since 2007. As far as I'm concerned there are no other nail salons in CT. Maybe the one with the same name in Middletown
First impressions say it all! 5 STARS ... if there were such a thing as 6, I would give it to Elle Nails & Spa in Berlin!! Exceptional! Kyle and all the other staff treated me like royalty. Well Done!!
