Hazel did a really lovely job with my hair this morning. She delivered exactly what I asked for in terms of my hair cut, and she did an AWESOME job styling my wavy/curly hair- it's soo bouncy and well defined!
Had an 11:30 appointment with Alyssa to have balayage done, received a call and a text at 8:19 that the stylist wouldn’t be in because of a family emergency. I was already in the area so I went in to see if there was another stylist available, and Alyssa was in fact there and doing someone else’s hair. It feels obvious that she had actually just overbooked herself and that feels extremely unprofessional. I don’t usually do reviews anywhere but I had an amazing experience with Karissa yesterday morning! I haven’t had my hair professionally cut for awhile and put my hair on the back burner for too long. Karissa helped me figure out what a good length would be to cut that would help get rid of my dead ends and help me on my hair health journey, and was highly informative on how to build a better hair care routine for my hair type. Raquel is my favorite not just her kindness and patience working with my ideas . Her execution of color and working with my hair continually exceeding my hopes. Raquel is professional timely and so invested in everything she pours into her clients . Raquel is fabulous !
