Had an appointment for a haircut scheduled for Saturday at 5:15. Pulled in the parking lot at 5:19 (4 minutes late, my fault) but the salon was completely closed. I never received a message or phone call telling me the appt. had been canceled. Drove all the way there for nothing. Sent a message to see if there had been some kind of scheduling mix up and still haven't heard anything back. I’m sure they’re great hairstylists, but I wouldn’t know.
This is a TRUE AVEDA Salon! Great products, awesome atmosphere, and amazing staff! I never leave disappointed. Christine is a and knows her stuff. She is on trend but can provide old school for those who love the style/color they have had for years. My color and cut are always on point and hair is never damaged. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I was looking for a new hair stylist and happened to come across Elle hair studio. It looked nice, and her work looked beautiful, so I booked an appointment through their page with Christine. I waited weeks for my appointment and finally the day came and I received a call an hour before my appointment that it was canceled .They said they would reach out to me to reschedule but never did. Christine is literally a magician! I went to her after a really unfortunate experience with another salon that left me with horrible orange hair instead of blonde. Christine knew exactly what to do to not only fix my color but make it look amazing! I definitely recommend, especially for blondes! It can be really hard to find someone who knows how to highlight blondes and do it in a way that protects your hair!
Such a clean & tranquil space with very talented stylists, always take the time to review options & really listen. I see Marcus & he is so wonderful!
