Completely unprofessional. Cold and distant at my measurement consultation for custom- made pillows and a window seat (which there was a fee that does not go toward the invoice), I was assured all my specifications were noted. Upon delivery, I Venmo’d the payment per Ella’s request, however was not able to inspect everything at that moment, as it was wrapped.
