Seafood disappointment This, I hope will go to Gallos restaurant. This past Sunday, the 20th, 3 friends and I visited your restaurant. I ordered clams and linguine, with seafood bisque as a appetizer One friend order a seafood salad. I am not sure what my other friend ordered but I think it was mussels & linquine, white wine sauce. My 4th friend ordered chicken smothered in mushrooms with garlic potatoes and green beans. She said it didn't taste good and ate very little of it. I specifically want to mention the seafood. Great seafood, and Italian food Gallo's is a very friendly place to go. They have a good lunch menu, and I personally recommend the eggplant parm. The prices are very reasonable, and it is decorated with a nice nautical theme. PROS: Easy to get to, ample parking CONS:
slooooooow We have been to Gallos many times and have always had good food and good service. Unfortunately the service on Sunday 5/4 was awful. The waiter spent time flirting with the waitresses instead of taking care of what we needed My son-in-law had to get up and ask him for more drinks.
Good food! Great food options, one of the larger buffet's I've seen. The service is good and they staff is friendly. It's clean but can be cleaner. The seafood rice is my favorite!
Great Place! This place has excellent food and wonderful service, very friendly. Very clean, wide variety of food. The prices are great, you can get steak on the grill the way you want it. I personally love pretty much everything. I would definitely recommend.

Ella's Of Calabash is good family restaurant Good food at a reasonable price, large portions of fried seafood. $15 for seafood combination with scallops, oysters, shrimp, fish & deviled crab. Family atmosphere.

Calabash Cooking at its Finest! I had the opportunity to sample Calabash cooking for the first time at Ella's. The restaurant was crowed in the summer but the meal was well worth the wait. The service was pleasant and the hush puppies were great.
