Great service, people, overall experience.
I’ve been getting my car inspected for 30+ years and this was by far the quickest and most pleasant experience of them all. I pulled up, they took my keys, I went inside and sat down in an inexplicably comfy chair and moment later heard “you’re all set.” I’m still a little stunned. After having had less than ideal experiences at other shops in Plymouth the past couple years I will never go anywhere else again and I’ll be telling everyone I know to go to Ella’s.
