I don’t often leave reviews, but this one felt necessary. This is one of the worst auto body shop experiences I have ever had. They blatantly lied to my family for multiple days regarding my car when they knew we were in a very complicated position. If they had been up front and honest, we would have easily resolved things quickly. Their lack of communication and respect was baffling and they clearly were just doing what worked for them so they could make money off of the repair. I get my car inspections done at Ella’s quick and easy every time, but I was in a pinch where I needed my AC looked at two days before a road trip and I was in the shop two hours later hooked up to the ACS machine and had a nice conversation while they fixed it no problem. Really good people who took care of a local. Thank you for your fast response 🫡
