Terrible customer service.
Ellard Instrumentation practices employment age discrimination and poor ethics. Their 50 year old machinist who had 30 years of experience was replaced by a person half his age for half the wages. He was told that he was replaced because they wanted someone who would be with the company for a lot longer and the kid needed the full time job so he could pay off speeding tickets. Is this the kind of ethics you want from a company who builds your medical equipment?
As an executive, I appreciate professionalism, integrity and high business IQ. Leslie and her team at Ellard Instrumentation have displayed these qualities and more during our business relationship. They provide quality service, products, and care compassionately for their clients.
