Our experience in this community was deeply disappointing and, at times, distressing. What should have been a normal moving process became far more difficult due to the behavior of certain neighbors. For clarity, our moving/estate sale was not denied. The Board indicated that written consent was required, and the sale was ultimately approved with certain limitations. A beautiful subdivision 1oz is prettier than the other their security is unbelievable it would be like a safe haven to live and again each house is prettier than the other it's worth going to look at if you're buying a home
