This is shout out for the good service at Pleasant St., Shell. . I had a last-minute glitch with my car, which i needed to go on a trip within 48 hours. I brought the car in without an appointment and they quickly did the diagnostic and repair, and uncovered something that would have been a safety issue for my trip, And my car was back 24 hours later. I highly recommend them.
I came to this station, where I’ve had my car inspected before, to get a TNC (Uber/Lyft) inspection for my brand-new car. When I explained that I only needed a TNC inspection, the staff member was extremely rude and simply said, "I can't do it." When I asked what the issue was, he dismissively told me, "Go wherever you had the regular inspection done, I'm not doing it." The normal attendants are nice and have fast service but there is a new guy who is aggressive. Went in today to get my gas pumped and the newbie was impatient and aggressive. He banged on the car's gas port door four times really hard instead of the normal tap and didn't wait for me to get my card so he dropped it in the crack between my seat and the door.
