Took 81 year old mother in lots of pain to first visit and was 8 minutes late. Policy says if 10 minutes late could be subject to cancellation. Was within policy, but was turned away although only one patient in waiting room. Offered to wait for as long as it took, but got nowhere. This doctor cares more about policy than patients, no compassion. Will be taking Mom to another doctor.

I had a lot of labs and x-rays done. I did not get results until 2 months later when I was scheduled to go back to see her. She never gave me any medicine for my problems. No one would ever return my calls. I canceled my next appointment and I won't be going back.

Wow. I would not recommend webster. I wouldnt take a dog in for treatment. Please. Dont go here!

I was a new patient here at this clinic and from the get go it was VERY unorganized. The doctor sent me off for several scans (CT and MRI) and never once did anyone call me back about the results. I also had a lot of lab work done and not one person contacted me. I tried calling the office many times for results and no one returned my call.
