I’ve been a patient of Dr Shadmon for over 15 years. She’s wonderful but rarely in. The issue is this office and their staff - they’re absolutely awful. Stunningly rude. Incompetent. For my most recent appointment I was told that someone was late and I would have to wait one hour. The person ahead of me was so angry she left. So I waited 30 minutes instead. My wife went in today. She called to verify her 1:40 appointment. When she arrived at 1:35 she was told her appointment was 1:20 and that she would not be seen. Next appo... read more
Shocking how Rude someone can be when you ask one question. Do except my type of insurance?? Yes but booked until February I started to say something else she slams phone down. End of Call! Guess I should be grateful found out how rude they are before coming in there office. A little compassion goes along way when working with sick people, well actually with All people.
