I absolutely love this boutique! The clothes are stylish and well-made. Customer service is fantastic. I love that I get to shop online and have the order be ready to pick up in store. What's great about ordering online is that there are multiple payment methods, including PayPal. When I walk into the store to receive my order, I am always greeted. The store itself looks beautiful and smells amazing. I highly recommend this boutique. ♥️

Ella Scott is by far my go to store to shop! Anytime I'm needing something to wear to an event I've always had the best luck shopping here! Best customer service I have ever had at any store. The ladies that work in the store go out of the way to make you feel welcomed and to have a wonderful shopping experience!
Customer service is terrible. I was in there for almost 10 minutes before someone decided to ask if I needed help. When I went to leave, they seemed so wrapped in their conversation that it was an inconvenience to tell me bye. I went back in and asked for the manager to voice my complaint and let them know I'd be leaving a review. It turns out that the manager was one of the two wrapped in the seemingly deep convo.
