I've been seeing the ladies at this clinic for the past 7 years. From waxing to laser and facials to micro needling, each treatment has always been performed with great care and attentiveness. They always take the time to ask how the last treatment went and how my skin reacted afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will continue to use their services for years to come.
So neglectful !!!!! Didn't follow safety measures. Customer service so bad. The way they are talking so unprofessional
Attended the Bankstown to ask if expired gift vouchers could be used as they had been misplaced for 2 years and finally found (mum has memory problems). Told no as it was after the date. They took $89 for each voucher then. Very disappointed wouldn't even consider other options. Would not recommend or attend that store.
I've been to dozens of beauticians over the years, but nowhere have I encountered such heavy upselling as this salon! I appreciate appropriate product recommendations, but this was ridiculous, from the second I walked in the door to the moment I walked out they were desperately pushing products and services at me.
