I wanted to start by saying that Stefani did a great job with my highlights—she truly understood what I was looking for and delivered expected results. I have no complaints about the color work or her skill. My concern is regarding the billing. I was charged for 5 hours of Stefani’s time, plus an additional $15 for a bang trim and an extra amount for color product usage (Stefani was done 30 min earlier).
