The rooms don't seem clean - are the towels changed between clients? as mine on both occasions didn't appear to be changed. Old fixtures and fittings and the walls and ceiling could certainly do with a lick of paint. The services were under average - especially the body scrub and the pedicures, the paint job on both occasions did not look like it was done by a professional.
