Jill and Roney were very attentive and thorough in their testing. I was very impressed with the service.
10/16 I met with Roney regarding minor problem with my hearing aid. He listened to my problem, resolved it very quickly, asked about my experience with my Phonax hearing aids. I told him that in large crowds I was having problems hearing as clearly as I thought I should. He created a custom profile on my device and the improvement was dramatic. Thank You
Audiology Services has truly changed my life. Dr. Jill Rosenberg is simply the best—knowledgeable, caring, and truly exceptional at what she does. I never realized just how much I was missing until I had the right hearing aids. And my husband may be the happiest of all—my constant response of “WHAT?” has totally disappeared! 😂 The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and wonderful. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Rosenberg and Audiology Services more highly!
