The entire staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Pava was thorough in asking every question in regard to my hearing issues and in testing my ears. She went into great detail about my hearing aid options and then gave me the opportunity to try out a pair to make sure they would meet my needs. I left feeling great about the experience and optimistic about hearing much better in the near future. Thank you!
