Called for a walk in basic pedicure today and had a great experience! Lots of color selection and the massage chair was good too. Salon is clean and staff is really nice

Stumbled upon this nail shop when I was treated rudely at another shop. I walked in during the week without an appointment and the was greeted immediately by the person at the first station with a smile. She asked me to take a seat at Umni’s station and I’ve been back twice since then. The atmosphere is nice, the employees here are very friendly and talkative making you feel appreciated. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. They were rude, argumentative, and had poor customer service. I made an appointment and still waited a full hour before they started my mani/pedi. The employee was visibly irritated and short with me since my services went past their closing time, even though they were the ones who were running behind.
