Dr. Ella Toombs performed lipo suction on me when she had her practice in Washington, DC; which was located in the Dupont Circle area. She was supposed to have a nurse with her, but when I arrived, she had her daughter instead help her. To make a long story short, I woke up in the ER at the local hospital. Dr. Toombs put me under, but I didn't wake up, so half way through the lipo suction on my stomach, Dr. Toombs called the ER. HORRIBLE DOCTOR and very ARROGANT. All she wanted was my money
