Go to west coast instead. We chose Ella + Elliot intentionally to support a local business as their timelines and cost for our glider were the same as snugglebuz and west coast. Ohhhh was that a mistake. Not only did the order arrive 8+ weeks after the order was made (several weeks after the original estimate), I had to chase the business for any sort of status update - which was met with “should be next week” several times.
